Become admin in game
Open the console (Tab on PC) and type enablecheats followed by the server's admin password (ServerAdminPassword). Admin commands then work in the same console, with admincheat in front of them in some cases.

RCON
RCON is Source RCON on TCP 27020, with the admin password. Exposed to the internet it invites password guessing, so keep it closed and use it from inside.
On Flux, the Server Console tab runs these from inside your server, where RCON stays: the roster with kick, ban and unban, broadcast, chat, save, the time of day and a field for any other command. The Server Settings tab shows the admin password for enablecheats.
