One datacentre versus thousands of nodes
A traditional host concentrates risk: one facility, one network, one operator. A decentralized network has no such centre, so one node failing is a local event rather than an outage. Your server's volume, with its world and its account link, is synced to a standby node that takes over if it has to.
Dedicated memory
Each plan reserves its memory and vCores for your server, and the Java heap is sized to the plan, so the server uses what you pay for.
What stays completely normal
- A management panel: start, stop, restart, the account link, settings, a console, files and backups.
- A conventional payment flow: card or USDC through Stripe, or FLUX through ZelCore or SSP.
- Your world and settings, downloadable at any time. Nothing is locked in.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my Hytale world if a node fails?
The server's volume is synced to a standby node, which takes over with the world and the account link as they were last synced.
Can I move my Hytale world off Flux later?
Yes. Download the universe folder from the file browser at any time.
