GameXishu.json
It lives in WS/Saved/GameplaySettings and appears after the first start. It holds three blocks, "0", "1" and "2", each with the same keys; a PvE server reads block "1" (we checked the console's live values against the file). Editing all three keeps a change in force whatever the mode. The server writes the file itself when a GM changes a value in game, so edit it with the server stopped.

Defaults and ranges are the game's own, from GameXishuConfig_Template.json in the server's files.
Presets
The server ships templates beside it: the difficulties (Casual, Easy, Normal, Hard, Master), the game modes (Warrior, Tribe Management, Creative, PvP) and boosted rates such as 3x and 5x. Each lists only what it changes from the base.
Frequently asked questions
Where is GameXishu.json?
In WS/Saved/GameplaySettings, created by the first start. On Flux you edit it through the Server Settings and Gameplay tabs instead.
Why does my change to GameXishu.json not work?
Usually because the server was running (it writes the file itself), or because only one of the three blocks was edited. A PvE server reads block "1".
Can I change rates without a restart?
Yes, with the console command sc <name> <value>, which applies at once and is saved. On Flux the Gameplay tab does it for every changed value.
