How to Join a BeamMP Server

Players need BeamNG.drive and the free BeamMP launcher. From there, a server is one click in the list, or an address in Direct Connect.

Before you start

  • BeamNG.drive installed.
  • The BeamMP launcher, free from beammp.com: it starts the game with multiplayer.
  • A BeamMP account, or play as a guest where the server allows guests.

The server list

Start the launcher, open the server list and search for the server's name, or filter by map and tags. A server is listed when it is public and its AuthKey is accepted.

Direct Connect

For a private server, or one you cannot find: open Direct Connect and enter its address and port (on Flux, both are on the dashboard).

Mods

The server's mods download as you join; a big mod pack takes a while the first time.

Frequently asked questions

Can I join without a BeamMP account?

As a guest, if the server allows guests (AllowGuests).

Why can I not find the server in the list?

It may be private, or its AuthKey missing or refused. Use Direct Connect with its address and port.
