From the server browser
- Start The Isle on Evrima, the game's current version.
- Open the server browser and search for the server's exact name.
- Pick it and join. If it has a password, the game asks for it.
- Choose your dinosaur from the classes the server allows, and spawn.
Tip:A server that just started can take a few minutes to appear: it registers with Epic Online Services after Gateway loads.
Full servers, the queue and VIPs
With the join queue on, a player who finds the server full waits in line and joins when a slot frees up. VIPs, a list of SteamIDs the owner keeps, skip the line, which is how many communities thank their patrons and staff.
Passwords and whitelists
A password keeps strangers out; a whitelist lets in only the players on it, by SteamID64, which suits an application-based community. On Flux both are set in the panel (Server Settings and Access), never in the public app listing.

Can I join an Evrima server by IP?
Evrima servers are joined from the in-game server browser, by name.
Why can I not see the server?
It may still be starting or registering (a few minutes), your game may be on a different version from the server, or a filter in the browser may hide password-protected or full servers. See the server-not-showing-up guide.
