The Isle Server Admins, Whitelist, VIPs and Bans

Who runs an Evrima server, who may join it and who skips its queue are three lists of SteamID64s in Game.ini. Bans are a file of their own.

The three lists

Game.ini keyWhoWhat they get
AdminsSteamIDsAdminsThe game's admin tools in game
WhitelistIDs (with bServerWhitelist)Whitelisted playersWith the whitelist on, the only players who can join
VIPsVIPsSkip the join queue on a full server

Each is one line per player, under [/Script/TheIsle.TIGameStateBase], by SteamID64: 17 digits starting 7656119. steamid.io finds one from a profile link.

Bans

A ban has a reason and a length in hours; 0 ends at once, so a permanent ban is a very long one. Bans are kept in TheIsle/Saved/PlayerData/PlayerBans.json, which the server owns while it runs: lifting a ban by hand means editing it while the server is stopped.

On Flux

The Access tab edits the three lists, with Steam profile links and the names of players online, turns the whitelist on and off, and lists the bans with their reason and end date; a lifted ban is gone on the next restart. Bans are made from the Server Console, by player, with a reason and a length.
