Mod IDs
Every Workshop mod has a 16-character ID, the letters and digits in its Workshop link (for example 5965550F24A0C152). The server config lists the IDs under game.mods.
On Flux: the Mods tab
- Open your server and go to the Mods tab.
- Search the Arma Reforger Workshop, or paste an ID or a Workshop link.
- Check each mod's download size, which includes its dependencies.
- If a mod adds scenarios, choose the one to run right there.
- Apply. The server redeploys and downloads the mods on that start.
Dependencies come by themselves
List only the mods you chose. When the server downloads a mod it also downloads every mod it depends on: adding RHS - Status Quo brings in its two content packs without naming them.
Scenarios from mods
Some mods add their own scenarios, such as an RHS version of Conflict. The server runs one scenario, so choosing a mod's scenario replaces the official one. Remove that mod and the server goes back to an official scenario, because it cannot start one whose mod is gone.
Consoles
Xbox players load every kind of mod; PlayStation 5 players load data mods only. One mod with scripts keeps PS5 players out, so set Who can join to PC and Xbox when you run script mods.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add mods to my Arma Reforger server?
List the Workshop mod IDs in the server config (game.mods). On Flux, add them from the Mods tab, which searches the Workshop for you, and apply.
Do I need to add mod dependencies?
No. The server downloads every dependency of the mods you list.
How many mods can I add?
On Flux, up to 22 chosen mods, not counting their dependencies. Disk is the practical limit: the plans have 30, 40 and 60 GB, and the server itself uses about 10.
