Dragonwilds Server Hosting Pricing

Three plans, priced from $4.19 a month, and the only thing that separates them is how many players the world is for. Because Dragonwilds sizes its server as 2 GB plus 1 GB per player, the tiers are memory tiers — and because Jagex caps a world at six, the largest one is the largest there is.

Dragonwilds 8GB6 (full world)8 GB4 vCores40 GB SSD$7.13/mo
Tip:The player figure on each plan is a recommendation, not a cap. We do not sell player slots: every server runs the game's own maximum of six, and the number beside a plan says what that much memory carries comfortably. There is no plan above six because six is the whole game's limit, not the top of our range.

Which one should you buy?

Count your group and add one gigabyte each on top of two. Two of you fit in the 4 GB plan, four in the 6 GB plan, and six — as many as Dragonwilds allows — in the 8 GB plan.

If you are unsure, or if the group might grow, take the 8 GB tier — it is the one sized for a full world, and it costs less than three dollars a month more than the smallest. Nothing stops a smaller plan admitting six; it will just be working with less memory than the server would like.

What is included on every plan

  • Dedicated CPU and RAM — not a shared slice.
  • Enterprise-grade DDoS protection at no extra cost.
  • A choice of 50+ countries to deploy in.
  • The UDP port opened and routed for you, with the internal and external numbers matched.
  • Game files revalidated against Steam on every restart, so updates need no image change.
  • A web file browser with an editor, a live terminal, and backups.
  • Pay-as-you-go billing with no contract.

What it costs to self-host instead

The server software is free — it downloads from Steam without a licence. The costs are the machine and your attention: a box with 8 GB of spare RAM and four cores, powered on permanently, on a connection whose UDP port you can forward, plus updates, backups, and being the person who fixes it when it stops at an inconvenient hour.

A VPS with those specifications generally runs above the price of the 8 GB plan here, before any of the maintenance. Our rent-versus-self-host page works through the comparison properly.

Billing

Pay by credit card through Stripe, or with FLUX cryptocurrency via ZelCore or SSP. Billing is monthly, plans can be changed from the dashboard, and there is no contract to exit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Dragonwilds server cost?

Plans start at $4.19/month for a 4 GB server sized for two players, $5.93/month for 6 GB and four players, and $7.13/month for 8 GB and a full six-player world.

Which Dragonwilds plan do I need?

Allow 2 GB plus 1 GB per player: 4 GB for two, 6 GB for four, 8 GB for six. Every plan admits the game's full six — the figure is sizing guidance, not a slot count — so pick the tier that matches your group and move up if it feels tight.

Is there a plan for more than 6 players?

No, and there cannot be. Six players is the maximum a Dragonwilds world holds — a limit Jagex sets and enforces in the game, and 1.0 does not raise it. Every plan here runs that same six.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Billing is pay-as-you-go with no contract, and plans can be changed or cancelled from the dashboard at any time.

How do I pay?

By credit card through Stripe, or with FLUX cryptocurrency via ZelCore or SSP. Billing is monthly.
